The hotel is perfectly located near the central train station, making it convenient to reach and explore all the important attractions in Florence. After a long day of sightseeing, the spacious rooms provide a wonderful space to relax and unwind. The bathroom is well-equipped with everything you need, and the friendly staff is always ready to assist you. For food lovers, the hotel is close to the central market, where you can find delicious local produce.

The parking situation can be a bit misleading, as there is no hotel parking available.

Stayed here for Christmas and had a great experience! the staff was amazing, always helpful and friendly. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and train station. the rooms were spacious and comfortable enough for our family of four. the best part was being able to leave our luggage for free after checking out, so we could explore the city without carrying our bags.

The breakfast could have been better, with more options like hard boiled eggs and fresh fruit. the rooms could use more natural light as it felt a bit dark.
